The talks between Belgrade and Pristina teams, led by Political Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Borko Stefanovic and Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo Edita Tahiri, are held under the auspices of the EU.

Head of the Serbian negotiating team in the dialogue with the provisional institutions of self-government in Pristina Borislav Stefanovic said  that the third round of negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina, which will be held today in Brussels, in addition to the opened topics, will also address freedom of movement.

Stefanovic told the Tanjug news agency that the issue of freedom of movement is very difficult and complex and that it contains issues of licence plates, ID cards, passports and driving licences.

We will present our position regarding these issues and we have proposals that preserve the sovereignty of Serbia. We will continue to stick to this principle, said Stefanovic.

The talks between Belgrade and Pristina teams, led by Political Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Borko Stefanovic and Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo Edita Tahiri, are held under the auspices of the EU.

So far two rounds of talks were held, on 8 March and 28 March. These meetings discussed cadastral issues, telecommunications, CEFTA presidency, customs seals, electricity and registers.
