Serbia will continue supporting the Republic of Srpska and the decisions it makes within its democratically elected institutions, stated Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic, after the talks with Republic of Srpska President Milorad Dodik, last night in Banjaluka.

Serbia will continue supporting the Republic of Srpska and the decisions it makes within its democratically elected institutions, stated Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic, after the talks with Republic of Srpska President Milorad Dodik, last night in Banjaluka.

Regarding the stance of the Council for Implementation of Peace in Bosnia-Herzegovina, which expressed concern over the intention of RS authorities to schedule a referendum on the Court and Prosecution of B-H, Jeremic has pointed that those are democratic decisions and that Belgrade supports them.

While stressing that Serbia respects the territorial integrity of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Serbian minister has invited all sides involved to calm down and commence a dialog aimed to prevent the destabilization in the region.

Only the agreement of all three constitutive peoples and two entities in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and with respect to the Dayton Accord, can bring peace and stability, underlined Jeremic.

President of the Serb entity Milorad Dodik has pointed that the decision of the RS Parliament to schedule the referendum does not represent breach of the constitutional order in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Dayton Accord, which had been continually violated by representative of the international community.
