The bill on protection of financial service users brings numerous novelties regarding client protection, and among other things, it precludes the bank from unilaterally changing the agreed elements of the contract with a client.

The Serbian parliament will Monday resume the fourth sitting of the spring session by discussing the proposed amendments to the bill on protection of financial service users.

The bill on protection of financial service users brings numerous novelties regarding client protection, and among other things, it precludes the bank from unilaterally changing the agreed elements of the contract with a client.

The bill envisages that the users are allowed, at any moment, to fully or partly carry out an early repayment of the loan.

The MPs began the current fourth sitting of the spring session on May 5, and the agenda includes a total of 17 bills and other acts.
