Opposition Self-Determination Movement secured 15,000 signatures, calling for a special parliamentary session against acceptance of the footnote in Kosovo's regional representation.

According to the movement's release, this number of signatures was collected for two days, and for Kosovo's parliamentary session to be called at least 10,000 signatures have to be secured.

The Self-Determination announced that it will forward the signatures to the parliament during the day, or on Tuesday at the latest.

The Self-Determination will on Monday stage a protest against the recent agreement on Kosovo's representation in regional meetings to voice its disapproval of the solution according to which Kosovo's nameplate will include the footnote referring to UN SC Resolution 1244 and Opinion by the International Court of Justice on Kosovo's declaration of independence.

The protests under the slogan 'The Republic of Kosovo' will be organized in front of the Kosovo government building, and protesters will block the entrances and exits of the buildings of the government and other Kosovo institutions for four hours.
