Heavy fog disrupts planes and trains in India

Indira Gandhi International Airport was covered with heavy fog early Monday, which caused delay, diverting and cancellation of more than 70 flights.

Dense fog has disrupted railway and air traffic in India over the last three days, and tens of thousands of passengers were blocked at the New Delhi airport and three railway stations, news agencies reported.

The fog caused the rescheduling at least five trains, while 55 trains are running late due to low visibility.
