The Serbian people living in the Federation of BIH do not have an equal status with the other two entities, Croatian and Bosniak, although in the legal sense they enjoy constitutiveness in both entities in BIH, it was concluded in an analysis carried out by the Serbian Ministry for Diaspora.

The Serbian people living in the Federation of BIH do not have an equal status with the other two entities, Croatian and Bosniak, although in the legal sense they enjoy constitutiveness in both entities in BIH, it was concluded in an analysis carried out by the Serbian Ministry for Diaspora.

It is also underscored in the analysis that the return of refugees and displaced Serbs in BIH, as well as the restoration of their property and other rights are a particular problem. It will also have a negative effect on their other rights, such as the right to work or the right to culture and education.

The Ministry's priority will be the return of the exiled into their homes, through a consistent respect of the civic rights and freedoms.

This will be a clear indicator that Serbia wants stability in the region and flexibility in the relations with the neighboring countries and in the inter-state cooperation, it is underscored in the conclusions.

The Ministry pointed out that it will urge for preservation of the population in regions populated by Serbs which were subject to prosecution, economic decay and exile, to become the aim of the state policy for the Serbs in the region.
