MPs of the ruling majority in the Serbian parliament expressed hope Thursday that international institutions and EULEX will do everything to find out the truth on human organ trafficking in Kosovo, while opposition parties believe that investigation should be carried out by Serbian judiciary authorities as they doubt EULEX will be capable to produce results.

For a European Serbia whip Nada Kolundzija said she expects all relevant institutions, especially EULEX, to take seriously the report by Council of Europe Rapporteur Dick Marty and that they will do everything to find out the truth.

Asked whether EULEX capable to carry out the investigation, she said that the adoption of a resolution by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will be a strong enough message that will leave noone indifferent.

G 17 Plus whip Vlajko Senic said that the state should focus less on propaganda and more on logistic support.

Party of United Pensioners of Serbia
(PUPS) MPs believe that EULEX, as well as all who were in Kosovo at the time, should be involved in the investigation on human organ trafficking.

The Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) doubts whether EULEX will have the political will to investigate the accusations made in Marty's report.

DSS whip Milos Aligrudic said that the Serbian judiciary authorities should be involved in collecting evidence, as they have the greatest capacity in the retion.

The Serbian Radical Party (SRS) believes that investigation on human organ trafficking in Kosovo should be done by Serbia, because EULEX is unlikely to do so.

The Liberal Democratic Party also believes that the Serbian judiciary authorities should be involved in collecting evidence.
