Lecic elected as leader of Serbia's DHSS

The congress supported an agreement for strategic co-operation with the ruling Democratic Party, signed in 2009.

Branislav Lecic was elected on Sunday (February 27th) as leader of the Democratic Christian Party of Serbia (DHSS).

Delegates also backed Maja Batic, daughter of the late DHSS president Vladan Batic, as his deputy.

The congress supported an agreement for strategic co-operation with the ruling Democratic Party, signed in 2009.
