Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic will attend the Vukovar Danube Summit at the invitation of Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor on 29 April in Vukovar.

The working part of the summit will be a round table discussion attended by highest representatives from Danubian countries and the European Commission.

Prior to the adoption of the Macro-regional Strategy for the Danube Region by the European Council in June, the Vukovar Danube Summit is aimed at opening the discussion on the possibilities of expanding regional cooperation within the existing mechanisms of the Danube Strategy and continuing the process of promoting the main ides of this strategy.
