Third day of road block in protest over Pantelic’ arrest

Serbs’ representatives are stressing that Pantelic was arrested for refusal to pay the excise taxes to the bodies of the self-proclaimed state of Kosmet.

The businessmen from Zubin Potok, in Kosmet, have blocked the major road Kosovska Mitrovica-Ribarice for the third day in a row, in protest over the arrest of their colleague Jevrem Pantelic.

President of the Business Association of Zubin Potok Ratomir Bozovic has announced the escalation of the protest and emphasized that the road block will last until Pantelic’ release.

Namely, he was put into custody of 30 days by an EUELX judge in the District Court in Kosovska Mitrovica.

Serbs’ representatives are stressing that Pantelic was arrested for refusal to pay the excise taxes to the bodies of the self-proclaimed state of Kosmet.
