Albania: Visa lifting, Fajon to visit Tirana on Saturday

Euro-deputy Fajon will hold a speech in front of an auditorium of students and other Albanian citizens. She is a strong supporter of the process of visa liberalization for Albanian citizens, so they can freely move in all European Union countries.

Slovenian Euro-parliamentarian Tania Fajon will personally present on Saturday in Tirana the important role that the process of visa liberalization plays in the Western Balkan region. The rapporteur on visa liberalization for Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina was invited by the organizer of the Albanian European Movement.

Euro-deputy Fajon will hold a speech in front of an auditorium of students and other Albanian citizens. She is a strong supporter of the process of visa liberalization for Albanian citizens, so they can freely move in all European Union countries.

In this meeting they will also discuss on the contribution of the civil society in this process, and they will also evidence the opportunities that come from visa liberalization. The final decision on visa liberalization for Albanians will be taken on November 8 in a meeting of the Interior Ministers of the EU countries.
