“Taci Oil” Group, as one of the most important tax-payers in Albania, which is constantly monitored by the state’s structures, exercises his activity in total compliance with the law on business, by preserving a correct report with all private operators within and outside the territory of the Republic of Albania.

Several media have tried on Monday and Tuesday to damage the image of the President of “Taci Oil” Group, Rezart Taci, by using tendentious comments in relation to his presence to testify in court.

The fact that his personality is continually being unjustly damaged through false facts is intolerable. It is a shame seeing that some media use their editorial policies as a blackmail to achieve their economic and political interests.

We feel obliged to explain that no charge has been raised against Rezart Taci and the business he leads. By showing respect and civic attitude toward state institutions, Rezart Taci did not hesitate to give all the information he has.

“Taci Oil” Group, as one of the most important tax-payers in Albania, which is constantly monitored by the state’s structures, exercises his activity in total compliance with the law on business, by preserving a correct report with all private operators within and outside the territory of the Republic of Albania.

The use of the media to attack businesses or individuals, who with their enterprises give an important contribution to the Albanian economy, the national production sector, employment and welfare, is a low, non-ethic and non-professional act.

As General Director of “Alsat” Ratio Television, Rezart Taci has shown that his philosophy is that of a media based on the truth, information based on facts and professional ethics. All “Taci Oil” Group businesses have been based on this philosophy, and for this reason, they will never be affected by similar blackmails.

“Taci Oil” Group won’t hesitate to publicly and legally denounce every attempt to damage the personal and professional image of a businessman, who is responsible for the welfare of nearly 3000 families.
