KFOR to perform deployment exercise across Kosmet

The aim of these operations is to strengthen the capacities of KFOR, EULEX and the Kosovo police so that they could respond to any scenario that brings security into question.

KFOR since Monday began a five-day unit deployment exercise across Kosovo, with the aim to strengthen the capacities of KFOR, EULEX and the Kosovo police so that they could react to any scenario that brings security into question.

The operation will be managed by KFOR Commander Markus Bentler, and it will mobilize many units from all multinational battle groups, KFOR statement reads.

KFOR will handle its force in Kosovo very flexibly and determinedly.

The aim of these operations is to strengthen the capacities of KFOR, EULEX and the Kosovo police so that they could respond to any scenario that brings security into question.
