Meat and milk export to Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan approved

The export of meat and milk products was granted after the representatives of Federal service of veterinarian and phytosanitary inspection with the RF Ministry of Agriculture have inspected the facilities, on October 18 to 29 last year, and after the control of the application of vet-sanitary conditions and norms of the Customs Union.

Six Serbian companies have obtained certificates for meat and meat products export to the Customs Union of Russian Federation (RF), Belarus and Kazakhstan, and six more for milk and milk products, Ministry of Agriculture said in a statement.

The export of meat and milk products was granted after the representatives of Federal service of veterinarian and phytosanitary inspection with the RF Ministry of Agriculture have inspected the facilities, on October 18 to 29 last year, and after the control of the application of vet-sanitary conditions and norms of the Customs Union.

The procedure of harmonizing international export veterinarian certificate, made in accordance to the new standards of the Customs Union is under way, after which the export of meat and milk products could be exported from the inspected facilities, the Ministry stated.
