European Commission (EC) Deputy Director-General of the Directorate-General for External Relations Stefano Sannino will arrive for a five-day visit to Kosovo on Tuesday, during which he will confer with Kosovo authorities and representatives of the international community in the province.

During his visit to Kosovo, Sannino will meet with outgoing Prime Minister Hasim Taci, leaders of Kosovo parties and representatives of the civilian society.

Sannino will also confer with EU Special Representative Pieter Feith and Head of EULEX Mission Xavier Bout de Marnhac.

In the company of the EU representative for northern Kosovo, Italian Ambassador Michael Giffoni, Sannino will also visit the EU House in Mitrovica, the EC Office in Pristina released.
