Serbian Army members are not taking part in events in Libya

Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia states that no one of the professional soldiers or officers of the Serbian Armed Forces or retired officers, does not in any manner participate in newest developments in Libya.

Ministry of Defence has built thought its military diplomacy extremely positive relationship with great number of Defence Ministries in the world, including Ministry of Defence of Libya.

In this moment, having in mind situation in this country, we suspended all of our mutual activities.

Ministry of Defence has to emphasize that neither plains nor pilots of the Serbian Armed Forces has taken any part in any of the combat activities outside the borders of the Republic of Serbia.

Therefore, we strongly reject disinformation published by some of the Arab media.
