BiH Chief Prosecutor, Milorad Barasin, appointed Bozo Mihajlovic as the new Head of the Department for organised crime, economic crime and corruption at BiH Prosecutor’s Office.

BiH Chief Prosecutor, Milorad Barasin, appointed Bozo Mihajlovic as the new Head of the Department for organised crime, economic crime and corruption at BiH Prosecutor’s Office.

Mihajlovic is well known in public for processing the most serious cases of organised crime.

In the prosecutorial community Prosecutor Mihajlovic is considered a true professional specialized in the criminal prosecution of organized crime. In his engagement on the criminal prosecution of organized crime cases he has not had a single acquittal to date.

Bozo Mihajlovic was born on October 14, 1957 in Veliki Radic - Bosanska Krupa Municipality. He begun his career in Livno, where he spent his entire working life prior to joining the BiH Prosecutor's Office, and performed functions of investigating judge, judge, the President of the Court in Livno and Chief Cantonal Prosecutor in Livno.

Prosecutor Mihajlovic shall commence duty of the Head of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the BiH Prosecutor's Office on March 15, 2010.
