Twinning project on strengthening administrative capacities in air quality

The project started on 26 November 2009 and will last two years. It is funded by the European Commission with €1 million.

The Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning will present a twinning project “Strengthening of administrative capacities in the field of air quality in the Republic of Serbia” on 22 February, at 12.00, in the press room of the government, Nemanjina 11.

The project will be presented by Secretary of State Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning Ivica Radovic, Deputy Head of Delegation of the EU in Serbia Adriano Martins and Deputy Minister of Environment of the Czech Republic Veronika Hunt Šafránková.

The project started on 26 November 2009 and will last two years. It is funded by the European Commission with €1 million.

Partners of the Republic of Serbia in the project are the Ministry of Environment of the Republic and the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute and the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety of Germany.

The project will improve environmental protection and management of air quality in Serbia.
