The traditional children’s festival, JOY OF EUROPE, gathering children from more than 20 countries, has begun with a carnival procession along central Belgrade streets, accompanied by the Orchestra of the Ministry of Interior and percussionists, and will last until October 5. The main topic of the 41st festival will be books.
