Serbian President Boris Tadic announced on Tuesday that the parties in the ruling coalition will analyse the work the government has done so far and discuss possibilities for government reconstruction.
During a visit to a Belgrade company, Tadic stated that the potential government reconstruction should not be discussed in the media, because that way, it will never happen.
“When the opportunity for government reconstruction arises, I, as the president of the biggest party in the coalition, will go public with it, but it will not discussed in public because if it were to be discussed in the media, the reconstruction would never take place,” Tadic said.
According to him, the number of members in the government should be discussed in a constructive environment.
“The government should operate at minimum costs and maximum efficiency,” Tadic said responding to a reporter's question regarding the possible reduction of ministries.
