Workshop on migration challenges to be held

The workshop will be attended by representatives of the OSCE, Council of Europe, European Commission, European Delegation to Serbia, UNDP, International Organisation for Migration (IOM), UNHCR, Danish Refugee Council, MARRI Initiative and representatives from relevant Serbian institutions involved in migration management.
The Serbian Refugee Commissariat, with the support of the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange instrument of the European Commission (TAIEX), is organising a “Migration Challenges in Southeast European Countries in EU Accession Process” workshop at 9.00 on 10 and 11 March, at the Best Western Sumadija Hotel, Sumadijski Trg 8.
Representatives from Germany, Great Britain, Belgium, Sweden, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, the United States, Austria, Turkey, Bulgaria, Albania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia and Australia will speak about the challenges and experiences in migration management, such as asylum and border control and readmission.
