We still have not made a decision, but at an appropriate moment, when it is necessary to establish a balance between the two countries, this may become one of the topics - reciprocical position for the Serbs living in Kosovo and Albanians living in Serbia, Kuci told the Pristina-based daily Koha Ditore.
According to him, for each of the topics and on any occasion, Pristina will request equal and reciprocical questions, both practically and formally.
