The talks were suspended in September when a conflict broke out due to presence of Kosovo custom officers at the Jarinje and Brnjak administrative crossings, and their continuation is the key precondition for Serbia to get the EU candidacy status in December.
The talks between Belgrade and Pristina will continue in Brussels on Monday, Brussels confirmed for Tanjug on Sunday.
Both delegations have announced their arrival, Tanjug was told by an official of the European Commission, under whose auspices the dialogue is conducted.
According to the source, the agenda will include the issues related to electricity, telecommunications and participation of Pristina officials at regional meetings.
Moreover, we expect that the issue of recognition of university diplomas will be at least opened, the diplomat said.
The dialogue will also address implementation of the agreements which have been reached so far, including the one on customs stamps.
