The organizers of the first international contest for best holiday properties, held in Russia pronounced Bulgaria to be the top player on the Russian real estate market.

The organizers of the first international contest for best holiday properties, held in Russia pronounced Bulgaria to be the top player on the Russian real estate market.

18 projects were selected out of 250, three of the chosen ones were Bulgarian.

Two of them are located at the Black sea coast – in the towns of Sozopol and Shkorpilovtsi, the third is in the resort of Pamporovo in Southern Bulgaria, Mr Sergey Rimov, chairman of the commission announced.

The crisis hasn’t affected the interest towards buying a holiday property in Bulgaria, representatives of Russian real estate agencies announced.
