Novinite.com (Sofia News Agency), Bulgaria's largest English-language media, has an opening for an Editor/News Writer.

A typical qualified candidate would have:

- perfect written English skills

- a working knowledge of written and spoken Bulgarian

- in-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: business and economics, politics, society and culture, media, law, sports, international affairs

- the ability to work under pressure

- creativity, teamwork spirit, and enthusiasm for journalism.

Specific experience in journalism, and/or in presenting Bulgaria to foreign audiences is a plus.

Novinite.com generally looking for people who are based in Sofia, or are willing to relocate there, though we might consider other applicants as well.
