FYR Macedonia wish to enjoy equal opportunity for proactive inclusion in settling the bilateral name dispute with Greece, Foreign Minister Antonio Milososki said Thursday in Paris at a meeting with Jean-David Levitte, political advisor to French President Nicolas Sarkozy.

- We have also expressed our interest for the manner in which Slovenia and Croatia negotiated on their bilateral dispute to be taken into consideration -- the manner that enabled for both processes: the EU-integration and the one for the bilateral dispute to advance simultaneously and stimulate each other in the serious engagement of both countries, said Milososki, who today attended a meeting of the Committee of Ministers' Bureau and the Presidential Committee of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE).

FYRMacedonia believes it would be very stimulating if official Athens gathers its forces and enable for both processes to move forward, namely the one for Macedonia's EU-integration and the negotiations for settling the name row in line with the Interim Accord, Milososki said.

He expressed belief that France would carefully review all aspects of FYRMacedonia's reforms, the European Commission recommendation for opening of the EU accession talks and accordingly support the resumption of the country's integration process.

Such support will give an additional momentum to the bilateral relations, contribute to the Balkans' stability and send a positive message to other countries in the region, which expect to advance towards the EU, Milososki said.
