One of the biggest wholesale chains in Serbia, METRO Cash & Carry Serbia, has another member of its Board of Directors. The new Customer Relationship Manager in this company is Christian R. Hylkema. This year, METRO celebrates five years of successful business in Serbia.

One of the biggest wholesale chains in Serbia, METRO Cash & Carry Serbia, has another member of its Board of Directors. The new Customer Relationship Manager in this company is Christian R. Hylkema. This year, METRO celebrates five years of successful business in Serbia.

In 2010 when it marks the fifth anniversary of successful business in Serbia and intends to strengthen its relationships with professional customers and suppliers from Serbia, METRO Cash & Carry will be enriched with another expert on customer relationship management – Christian R. Hylkema, who has been appointed as the Customer Relationship Manager.

Member of METRO Group since October 2009, Hylkema has primarily been appointed as Customer Relationship Manager at Training. Before joining METRO, he occupied the position of Regional Manager for Western Europe in Frigoglass since 2007.

He developed his professional career for eight years as Commercial Development Manager in Heineken and as the General Manager for Surinam and Panama, and in KLM Cargo where he occupied the position of Regional Customer Relationship Manager for South America and later Benelux, Great Britain and Ireland for eight more years.
