International Rakija Fest

The 4th Belgrade Rakija fest, international rakijas and “The Strongest Flavours of Serbia” fair, will take place in the Continental Hotel. It will gather 50 participants, among whom the food exhibitors will take part for the first time, organizers have announced.

The 4th Belgrade Rakija fest, international rakijas and “The Strongest Flavours of Serbia” fair, will take place in the Continental Hotel. It will gather 50 participants, among whom the food exhibitors will take part for the first time, organizers have announced.

The event will open the Assistant of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Milos Milovanovic, acting director of the Tourist Organization of Belgrade (TOB) Dejan Veselinov and Fest Director Branko Nesic.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet with the history and ways of rakija production and attend Rakija Chess, rakija cocktails preparation and bartenders’ performances.

They will also see different arranging rakija with appetizers, prepared from exhibitors’ products, and how to combine rakija and chocolate.

The 4th Belgrade Rakija Fest is dubbed Rakija is Serbian Brand, and it is organized by Rakia Bar and the Association of Manufacturers of Natural Fruit Rakijas “The Strongest Flavours of Serbia”, and under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development and Ministry of Agriculture in association with TOB.
