BH Ambassador to China invited Chinese businessmen to SBF

The city sits on oil deposits estimated at one billion tons, while reserves of manganese and boron are the biggest in China. Every year, near end of September, the World Business Forum is organized in this city by "Ljetni Davos".

Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the People's Republic of China Amel Kovacevic, after his meeting with Wang Fugu, the newly appointed Chinese Ambassador to Bosnia, visited Tianjin, a twin city of Sarajevo.

On this occasion, BH Ambassador invited businessmen and officials of Tianjin to visit Sarajevo and participate in the work of second International Investment Conference "Sarajevo Business Forum" which will be held on April 6th and 7th next year, notified the Office of "Business Forum of Sarajevo."

BH ambassador pointed to the fact that B-H has very capable and competitive builders with a worldwide reputation, and that under the auspices of "Sarajevo Business Forum" BH consortium is formed, capable of the most complex construction projects.

"There are large ongoing and planned construction projects in Tianjin, where BH consortium will have an opportunity to prove itself to the Republic of China," said Ambassador Kovacevic.

Deputy Mayor of Tianjin Ren Xuefeng, pledged to do everything in his power to give BH builders a chance to demonstrate their construction skills in the Republic of China.

Tianjin is a twin city of Sarajevo ever since 1981. It is a town with a port with 12,28 mil of inhabitants. As an important industrial epicenter, it deals with petro-chemical, textile, car, engineering, metal and food industry.
