Bulgaria is to rebuild the barb fence along the border with Turkey in order to stop spreading of foot-and-mouth disease.

Bulgaria is to rebuild the barb fence along the border with Turkey in order to stop spreading of foot-and-mouth disease.

The fence is expected to prevent free mobvement of wild and domestic animals between the countries, the Council of Ministers has announced.
