The International Gallery of Portraits in Tuzla, Bosnia-Herzegovina, is missing 70 paintings by world-famous artists.
The International Gallery of Portraits in Tuzla, Bosnia-Herzegovina, is missing 70 paintings by world-famous artists.
This was found out during a recent inventory of the gallery's paintings and immediately reported to the police.
According to the Dnevni Avaz daily, the missing paintings include artists like Ismet Mujezinovic, Safet Zec, Haim Pinta, Adela Vukic, Bozidar Jakac, Vera Fiser, Marija Ujevic and many other great painters.
The works are priceless, certainly over BAM 2 million, the daily quoted a source, adding that the artistic value was even higher.
