Code Yellow for atmospheric instability and thermal discomfort all over Romania

According to the ANM website, the weather will be hot and stifling hot in the southern and southeastern regions and the temperature-humidity thermal comfort index will exceed the critical level of 80. Highs will reach and isolatedly exceed 35 degrees Celsius.
The National Weather Administration (ANM) on Monday issued a Code Yellow weather advisory warning for atmospheric instability and thermal discomfort, valid all over Romania, until 18:00, local time.
According to the ANM website, the weather will be hot and stifling hot in the southern and southeastern regions and the temperature-humidity thermal comfort index will exceed the critical level of 80. Highs will reach and isolatedly exceed 35 degrees Celsius.
According to the weather advisory warnings, Code Yellow warns against extreme weather phenomena, from temporary torrential rain, lightning and gusts of wind, to high temperatures.
These phenomena are regular for the area in question, but can temporarily become dangerous to certain activities.
