“Signals coming from The Hague indicate that the ICJ will not be able to conclude work until the end of August,” an unnamed international official told the paper.
According to the Pristina's daily, the International Court of Justice will not rule on the legitimacy of Kosovo‟s declaration of independence as expected in June but is now considering August as a time to announce its decision.

This delay, says Express, hands a blow to Serbia‟s plans for calling an extraordinary session of the UN General Assembly.
