Panasonic to invest in Svilajnac

Panasonic announced to open its manufacturing facility in Svilajnac, where the company is building its largest company in Europe and the first in the Balkans, on October 1.

Panasonic announced to open its manufacturing facility in Svilajnac, where the company is building its largest company in Europe and the first in the Balkans, on October 1.

Initially, Panasonic plans to rent a part of the production hall of German company Reum, where it will employ the first 50 workers.

In the new industrial zone Veliko polje near Svilajnac, works on the factory of German Reum, manufacturer of auto parts, are under way.

At the same location, Israeli-Swiss cucumber producer Tristan Fresh Produce placed its manufacturing facilities, as well as Svimes, meat processing factory and Green Only, company dealing in spices.
