The Ministry for Kosovo-Metohija stated that a group of 40 Serbian students studying abroad will visit Kosovska Mitrovica and the three most important Serbian monasteries in the southern province on 14 August.
The statement adds that the Ministry is organising the field trip, noting that students will visit Visoki Decani, the Patriarchate of Pec and Gracanica. This will be an opportunity for them to familiarise themselves with the life of Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija.
Students from diaspora are part of a larger group of 200 students spending their summer holidays in Belgrade where they will get to know Serbian institutions, thanks to a protocol signed by the Organisation of Serbian Students Abroad and the Ministry for Diaspora, the statement concludes.
