Serbia's Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Ivica Dacic said there were no problems between the Serbian and Croatian interior ministries, adding he would meet with his Croatian counterpart in the coming weeks.

Serbia's Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Ivica Dacic said there were no problems between the Serbian and Croatian interior ministries, adding he would meet with his Croatian counterpart in the coming weeks.

"There is no problem. We just cannot agree on a date for a visit. Right now we are looking for a date which suits both sides and I hope it will be in the next few weeks," Dacic told the Sunday edition of the Belgrade daily Blic.

The Croatian Ministry of Internal Affairs announced two days ago the visit of the Serbian minister was canceled, which also postponed the signing of a cooperation protocol between the two countries' demining centers, set to be signed in Opatija.

The release did not give a reason for the cancellation, but the Serbian minister of police says it is simple. "We cannot agree on a date," Dacic said.
