The chief of the Serbian government's team for negotiations with Pristina, Borislav Stefanovic, said on July 13 that, during their meeting in Belgrade, he and the EU envoy, Robert Cooper, discussed the issues that should be resolved in the next round of negotiations - university diplomas, the cadaster, electricity and telecommunication.

"The talks were held in a constructive atmosphere. We covered all the issues for the next round of talks, which is to take place by the end of July. We agreed that we should then try and solve the issues of the cadaster, university diplomas, electricity and telecommunication," Stefanovic told BETA after his meeting with Cooper.

He added that Cooper had conveyed Pristina's stands regarding each of these issues. "I used the opportunity at the meeting to once again point out the incomprehensible behavior of Pristina - regarding the recent attempt at confiscating Serbian-issued documents," Stefanovic said.

In Belgrade, where he arrived from Pristina, Cooper also met with Interior Minister Ivica Dacic. "During the meeting, they also discussed the freedom of movement (one of the issues on which agreement was reached during the latest, fifth round of talks, in Brussels on July 2) the implementation of which is under the jurisdiction of the Interior Ministry," it was said in the brief statement issued after the meeting by the Serbian Interior Ministry.
