Serbian National Bank Governor Dejan Soskic has assessed that the forthcoming negotiations with IMF, on the fifth revision of the standby arrangement, will not be easy by will end up with success.

The Government is taking steps in the right direction, primarily in view of preparing a solid law on fiscal responsibility, Soskic told TANJUG.

According to him, IMF should help Serbia to strengthen its economy, increase the employment rate and living standard, without the continual need for debt or some standby arrangements.
