Petrovic told Tanjug news agency that owners of 11 cold storage plants reached the agreement with the association of raspberry farmers Vilamet to increase the purchase price by RSD 10 (from RSD 90 to RSD 100).

The Minister said that his ministry was the mediator in these complicated talks and that it is very important that they managed to reach a compromise solution.

He said that owners of the cold storage plants will be able to get soft loans from the Development Fund so that they could overcome economic problems and give a higher price to producers of raspberries.

He added that these loans will be released in the shortest time possible.
