Ozzy Osbourne and Friends will perform at Usce Park in Belgrade on June 28 , Avalon Production, the organizer of teh event, has said in a release.

Besides the headliners, the spectacular music event will host five other rock and heavy metal bands for a total of over eight hours of performances, according to the release.

Ozzy Osbourne and Friends, with Ozzy as lead singer, Geezer Butler on bass and Zakk Wylde on lead guitar, are replacing the original Black Sabbath line-up because Sabbath's lead guitarist Tony Iommi has been diagnosed with early stage lymphoma and the band had to cancel its 2012 tour.

Slash, the legendary guitar player and former member of Guns N' Roses, will appear as a special guest and should take part in the performance of some of Black Sabbath's greatest hits.

Famous rock band The Cult will also perform at the event, right before Ozzy and his friends mount the stage.

Black Label Society, Zakk Wylde's own band, will also be one of the acts. The band will perform in Belgrade for the first time and, according to Avalon, has been long awaited by Serbia's rock and metal fans.

British doom metal band Paradise Lost and Norwegian black metal band Satyricon also announced their participation at the festival.

The honor to open the all-night event at Usce will fall on Sanatorium, one of the best metal bands from the region, coming from Macedonia.

The following are the prices of tickets for the festival - RSD 2,990, 3,990 and 4,500 (Golden Circle).

Whoever has bought the tickets for the cancelled Black Sabbath concert can use them to attend the Ozzy Osbourne and Friends event, with all ticket categories of the initial purchase remaining valid for the new event.
