Serbs remanded to one month in custody

 EULEX judge Mariola Pasnik remanded to one month in custody Monday five of the six Serbs from Kosovsko Pomoravlje who were arrested two days ago in an operation of the Kosovo police ROSU in the region of Gnjilane.

 EULEX judge Mariola Pasnik remanded to one month in custody Monday five of the six Serbs from Kosovsko Pomoravlje who were arrested two days ago in an operation of the Kosovo police ROSU in the region of Gnjilane.

Lawyer Dejan A. Vasic identified them for Tanjug as Zlatko Denic, Mladen Dimitrijevic, Nikola Trajkovic, Dragan Stojkovic and Goran Matropazovic.

They were remanded at the motion of special prosecutor Basri Morina on the suspicion of the following crimes: attack on Kosovo's constitutional order, preventing official persons from performing their duty and unauthorized possession, control and use of weapons.

The hearing, which started Sunday and concluded early Monday morning, was held behind closed doors.
