The Fashion Park Outlet Center will open in Indjija on April 19, next to the Belgrade-Novi Sad motorway, with prices discounted by between 30 and 70 percent.

The center boasts 65 stores and spans more than 15,000 square meters. The investor is the company BlackOak Developments. EUR25 million was invested into the construction of this facility, and the plan is for the total value of the investment, targeted for completion by 2016, to be EUR40 million.

According to the investor's announcements, retail space will be expanded by another 5,000 square meters in the next two years, and the additional 10,000 will be built by the end of 2016. Within the Outlet Center, which will employ around 500 people in the first phase, will be a play area for children, restaurants and cafes, a bank and exchange office, and 1,200 free parking spaces for visitors.
